I've spent 20 years in the space between the people who have ideas and the people who build them. Researcher, analyst, UX consultant, product manager — different titles for the same job underneath: making sure the thing that gets built is the thing people actually needed. Lately I'm taking that craft where I most want it to live — premium and beauty brands, where the work is making an experience feel as considered as the product it's built around.
